Capacity Building is a key pillar of PRECISEU. Its aim is to mentor ecosystem stakeholders to better bring health-data and ATMP innovations to market, foster a deep-tech culture and its adoption in healthcare, and recognise leading practices across regions.
It is implemented through the annual Best Regional Practices Awards, the recurring PRECISEU PM Schools, and the Design Thinking for Policymakers programme to drive cultural change, alongside the continued deployment of the repository and the preparation of the policy programme pilot
