The Agencia de Trasnformación Digital de Castilla-La Mancha is the regional public body responsible for leading digital transformation, innovation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital public services across Castilla-La Mancha. The Agency integrates the Regional Directorate for Digital Health, strengthening the development and implementation of digital health strategies, health data governance, interoperability, and advanced technologies applied to healthcare and personalised medicine. Within PRECISEU, the Agency contributes expertise in digital transformation, health innovation ecosystems, and data-driven healthcare solutions, supporting the integration of personalised medicine approaches and collaborative digital infrastructures across the regional healthcare system and at the European level.
Mr. Juan Ángel Morejudo Flores
Managing Director of the Digital Transformation Agency of Castilla-La Mancha.
Juan Ángel Morejudo Flores holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Seville, as well as an Executive MBA from Comillas Pontifical University. He has also completed several postgraduate programmes in Marketing Management and Commercial Management, Stock Exchange and Financial Markets, and Sales Management.Within the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha (JCCM), he served as Director General for Digital Administration from July 2019 to July 2023. From July 2023 to October 2024, he held the position of Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation at the Ministry of Finance, Public Administration and Digital Transformation. Since October 2024, he has been the Managing Director of the Digital Transformation Agency of Castilla-La Mancha. Previously, he held executive positions at Fujifilm Europe, Ernst & Young, Coritel-Accenture and Roche Diagnostics. He has also worked as a lecturer at ESIC Business & Marketing School and as Director of the Healthcare Trends Lab at CEU IAM.
