ACCIÓ is the Catalan Government’s public agency for business competitiveness. It has a network of 40 Foreign Trade & Investment offices that cover over 100 markets. The agency helps Catalan companies grow through innovation and internationalization, as well as supporting them when looking for funding and though clusters, among others. It also works to attract foreign direct investment to Barcelona and Catalonia, promoting the area as an attractive, innovative and competitive business location.
Toni Ruíz
Senior consultant in technological entrepreneurship
Toni Ruiz is a professional with more than 15 years of experience in business development, technology transfer and R&D valorization, especially in international environments. Currently working as Senior consultant in technological entrepreneurship at ACCIÓ, where he has led strategic projects since 2016. His career at ACCIÓ also includes roles such as International R&D and Technology Valorization Project Manager and Technology Valorization Analyst at the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), accumulating extensive experience in technological innovation.
