Viktor Goussev holds a Master’s degree in European Management from the University of Applied Sciences Wildau, Berlin, Germany.

Mr. Gusev held the position of “”Financial Analyst”” in a French international information technology company for 5 years. Currently, he holds the position of Head of Investment and Business Department at Sofia Investment Agency, part of the general administration of Sofia Municipality.
