Lazio Innova is the in-house development Agency of Lazio Region, also supported by Rome Chamber of Commerce, responsible for fostering economic growth, innovation, and territorial development with a particular focus on Space, Energy & Environment, Life Science, Agritech.
With a Local Network of 10 Open Innovation Hubs across Lazio region (named “Rete Spazio Attivo”) Lazio Innova supports Small, Medium and Large companies through regional incentives and EU resources for R&I projects; equity investments; internationalisation; business creation, go-to-market acceleration and growth. The Open Innovation Hubs are “gateways” to all the opportunities for talents, startups, SMEs and local communities, also providing collaborative spaces for co-design and co-develop innovative solutions, projects and methodologies (such as co-working, fab labs, and incubation spaces and programs) to support local innovation and entrepreneurship. Lazio Innova is member of several European networks (Enterprise Europe Network – EEN; European Business Network -EBN; Association of Cities and Regions for Sustainable Resource Management – ACR+; European Association of Development Agencies -EURADA; ESA Business Incubation Centres NETWORK) and participates to European projects and initiatives.
