The third edition of the PRECISEU PM School is organised by Spinoff Bulgaria and PRECISEU partners and offers a five-day advanced training programme dedicated to the implementation of personalised medicine across Europe.

This edition focuses on the scientific, technological, regulatory and ecosystem dimensions required to accelerate the adoption of personalised medicine, advanced therapies and health data innovations.

Learning Modules

Day 1 – Health Data, EHDS and AI in Personalised Medicine

Participants will explore the European Health Data Space, interoperability frameworks, FAIR data principles, research data management, virtual twins and AI-driven healthcare innovation.

Day 2 – Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products and Regulation

The programme examines ATMPs, European biotech legislation, reimbursement systems, dual-use technologies and regulatory frameworks supporting the safe deployment of personalised medicine innovations.

Day 3 – Funding, Investment and Innovation Pathways

Sessions focus on Horizon Europe and Digital Europe opportunities, investment readiness, spinoff creation, ESG considerations and scaling health innovation projects across Europe.

Day 4 – European Infrastructures, Digital Twins and AI Factories

Participants will discover European testing facilities, translational laboratories, AI Factories, supercomputing resources and emerging technologies supporting data-intensive healthcare innovation.

Day 5 – Genomics, Technology Transfer and Future Skills

The final day addresses intellectual property, technology transfer, genomics initiatives, gene therapies, regulatory science and future workforce skills required for personalised medicine implementation.
