PRECISEU as part of the New European Innovation Agenda (NEIA):
The European Commission has officially published a fact sheet highlighting the success of the PRECISEU project as part of the Regional Innovation Valleys (RIVs) initiative under the New European Innovation Agenda. This recognition underscores PRECISEU’s pivotal role in fostering collaboration between European regions to advance personalised medicine and bridge the innovation divide.
PRECISEU connects innovation ecosystems across Europe, enabling the transfer of best practices and the scaling-up of cutting-edge deep-tech healthcare solutions. The project focuses on two key enablers:
- Health Data: Ensuring accessibility, ethical standards, and interoperability.
- Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs): Innovative treatments, such as gene therapies, delivering targeted solutions and striving to cure diseases.
By leveraging regional strengths and fostering cooperation, PRECISEU will accelerate progress in personalised healthcare, addressing critical societal challenges and strengthening Europe’s Research & Innovation ecosystems.
